Tea Tree Oil

Can you tell me a little about tea tree oil and why people are crazy about it?

Tea tree oil is extracted from the leaves of the melaleuca alternifolia plant. In the last 2 decades, much has been reported about the medical benefits of this naturally healing plant. In Australia and the South Pacific, the leaves of this plant have been widely used to treat a variety of skin infections. While the extracts of tea tree oil have been proven in a laboratory to have anti septic properties, large scale studies on humans are still lacking. Today, extracts of tea tree oil are available in many health food stores and used to treat a variety of fungal infections of the skin, acne and certain vaginal infections.

The cosmetic skin care industry also routinely adds extract of tea tree oil to enhance the moisturizing ability and to prevent fine lines or wrinkles. However, the consumer should be aware that there is a lack of definitive evidence for most these conditions. Because there is no strict regulation on the sale of tea tree oil, consumers have been using this oil to treat genital herpes, lice, eye infections, athlete's foot, dandruff, nail infections and thrush.

Fudging height and weight

Do people fudge their height and weight?

Even though most people do not admit to it, there is a tendency by many individuals to fudge their height and weight when asked in application forms and surveys. Whenever questionnaires are filled for health surveys, both men and women tend to provide erroneous numbers.

The height is almost always increased by several centimeters (or inches) and the weight is less than the actual weight by a few pounds of kilograms. If one was to look at surveys, it would appear that all areas of the country have a population that is fit and tall and not obese. In reality the truth is the exact opposite.

In one recent study from the University of Utah. It was observed that Caucasians tend to fudge data on height and weight more often than African Americans or Hispanics.

This study also observed that under reporting of the actual weight is common in all races, both genders and across many ethnic groups. Women were more likely to under-report their actual weight than men. And Caucasian women were most likely to do so compared to women in other cultures. This the researchers said was because Caucasian women have intense desires to look and feel thin, and were actually more aware of their weight problems. People most likely to under report were those with a college education, slightly older and overweight.

Questionnaires tend to give an illusion that we are perfect when in fact we have not only physical flaws but also tend to have ethical flaws when it comes to reporting personal data.

Tea and more tea for good health

Is black tea good for health?

You can drink black tea because it is a decent social beverage. However, there are many studies showing that black tea has ZERO health benefits. Black tea has been consumed for hundreds of years by the Orientals and there is no evidence that they have a lower incidence of hypertension compared to Westerners. In fact these populations often have far more resistant hypertension compared to westerners.

For the time being, all consumers should know that black tea is not a substitute for the treatment of high blood pressure. The present treatment of high blood pressure requires medications. Black tea is a great social beverage and is meant to be enjoyed as such. If you starting fooling around with your high blood pressure which junk therapies, you will most likely lose your brain, eye sight, kidneys and have a heart attack- which is definitely not a good thing.

Black Tea for lowering Blood Pressure

Can drinking black tea lower blood pressure?

High blood pressure is a common ailment in society. This silent disorder if not treated can lead to devastating complications. The only treatment for high blood pressure is use of medications. Changing the lifestyle and losing weight also does help. However, many consumers do not want to take expensive blood pressure pills for the rest of their life. These individuals have now been turning to alternative healthcare for their illness.

Many herbs, lotions, potions and minerals are hyped up to lower blood pressure, but the majority are without any merit.

Now there is a study claiming that drinking black tea can help lower blood pressure. Black tea is known to be rich in flavonoids and it is believed that these chemicals may lower the blood pressure.

First, black tea does not such thing. The people who sell this beverage have made up a bunch of BS reasons as to why this happens- all speculative. The only reason the different teas are hyped up to have mythological healing powers is to make money off stupid and gullible consumers. There is no tea that can consistently lower your blood pressure. Stop listening to this BS otherwise one of these days you will drop dead prematurely from a heart attack.

Smoking during sex

Do men like women to smoke during sex?
Some men in fact find it very sexy when women smoke during sex play and even encourage such behavior. All over the internet there are thousands of pictures of naked girls smoking in various forms of undress. Some naked girls smoking are also seen to be playing with themselves, using dildos or role playing in sadistic behaviors. Some women actually like to smoke the cigarette but others just love to play with the lighted cigarette. Some naughty girls even place the lighted cigarettes on their vaginal lips, the anus or between their breasts just to tease the men. Yet others even like to touch the lighted cigarettes and feel the stinging pain, which again arouses sadistic behavior. This sort of sadistic behavior is now on the increase from teenagers to college individuals. At many girlie dances and all night parties, smoking fetish is the start to an orgy of sex. The cigarette smoking fetish is often combined with sex toys, sexy lingerie, sadism and masochism and of course intense sex with no limits.

Women and smoking-is it sexy?

Do women associate smoking with sex?
I am no expert on smoking or sex. In addition, there is not enough material on this subject to make any real conclusions. My impressions are that some women do find smoking sexy.  Some women even play with lighted cigarettes during sex play and this is considered to be extremely erotic. There are countless photos of sexy girls smoking who have posed naked and/or having sEx. Some women who do smoke during intercourse and find the habit intensely erotic and brings out the maximum sex appeal. Many of these women like to be dominant in bed and go to great lengths to please their men.  All I can tell you that no matter how sexy smoking may appear in bed, but once you have been burnt by a cigarette, the thrill will quickly disappear. Smoking and the bed are a bad combination and should be avoided.
