Very had question as different people respond differently. In general, you can start at 50 mg and try it for 1-2 weeks. You can go up to 300 mg a day over a period of 3-4 weeks. If you do not see any difference at 600 mg, I doubt it will work for you. There are some people who will not respond to lyrica. It is also an expensive drug.
