When it comes to its effects on the nail fungus,
only the tablet is effective. The topical cream/powder is essentially useless.
There are individuals who claim that the cream can help cure the nail
infection, but all the reports are anecdotal. The treatment has to be undertaken
for months and even a year. The tablet on the other hand has been shown to cure
the fungus infection at least 50-60 percent of the time. The treatment is long
term and must be taken for a few months. Infection of toe nails generally shows
a slower response than infection of finger nails.
