Black Tea for lowering Blood Pressure

Can drinking black tea lower blood pressure?

High blood pressure is a common ailment in society. This silent disorder if not treated can lead to devastating complications. The only treatment for high blood pressure is use of medications. Changing the lifestyle and losing weight also does help. However, many consumers do not want to take expensive blood pressure pills for the rest of their life. These individuals have now been turning to alternative healthcare for their illness.

Many herbs, lotions, potions and minerals are hyped up to lower blood pressure, but the majority are without any merit.

Now there is a study claiming that drinking black tea can help lower blood pressure. Black tea is known to be rich in flavonoids and it is believed that these chemicals may lower the blood pressure.

First, black tea does not such thing. The people who sell this beverage have made up a bunch of BS reasons as to why this happens- all speculative. The only reason the different teas are hyped up to have mythological healing powers is to make money off stupid and gullible consumers. There is no tea that can consistently lower your blood pressure. Stop listening to this BS otherwise one of these days you will drop dead prematurely from a heart attack.
